So, how to make money online during the holidays? Or, if you are already making money, then how to make more money online during the holidays? This is a golden period for internet marketers selling everything from electrical goods to toys. But the truth is, many simply don’t get it right.

Here’s what I found marketing during the holiday period. We’re talking from about the end of October to Christmas time. The big mistake most marketers make is they try to sell everything. I mean, they literally sign up as an affiliate for whoever; it could be Wal-Mart, Amazon, Target…anyone who has an affiliate program and they want to sell the entire store in one campaign.

That’s going to make you some money but here’s a secret…pick one or two products and generate the same energy into those. By doing this, you can focus of specific keywords; you’re targeted audience will diminish but hey, they are more than likely all going to be buyers. And that’s what you want.

The problems with putting up a page with a “million” products on it in different niches is that you just get browsers…not buyers. I don’t care what you say, you want to attract buyers. Whether it be for a specific TV, toy, fitness product; anything, you want to attract committed buyers.

In actual fact, it’s no different to any other time of the year. When a person is searching and they are ready to buy, they will be very specific with their search. You want them to find your page and it’s easy for you to do that by targeting the keyword phrase they type in. You have already anticipated what they are going to type in. Now all you have to do is wait for these buyers to “fall into your net”.
